Position Summary / Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Compliance Manager to oversee and enforce compliance standards across Ray Advertising’s U.S.-focused operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing practices, lead generation, call operations, data handling, and internal processes comply with U.S. regulations, platform policies, and industry standards. This is not an advisory-only role. The Compliance Manager owns implementation, monitoring, enforcement, documentation, and corrective actions to protect the company, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
U.S. Compliance Oversight Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations including (but not limited to): • TCPA • FCC regulations • CMS (for insurance-related operations) • Data privacy and consumer protection standards Monitor changes in U.S. laws, regulations, and platform policies and ensure timely implementation.
Marketing, Lead & Call Compliance Review and approve marketing creatives, scripts, landing pages, and funnels for compliance Ensure lead generation, pay-per-call, and outreach activities follow approved compliance standards Monitor call flows, disclosures, consent mechanisms, and opt-in processes Work closely with sales, Affiliate, and Administrative teams to prevent violations
Policy Development & Enforcement Develop, update, and maintain internal compliance policies, SOPs, and checklists Ensure all teams follow approved compliance workflows Enforce corrective actions when violations or risks are identified Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures
Auditing, Monitoring & Reporting Conduct regular internal audits of campaigns, call data, leads, and processes Maintain structured compliance records and documentation Prepare compliance reports for leadership Support external audits or partner compliance reviews when required
Training & Cross-Functional Collaboration Train internal teams on U.S. compliance requirements and best practices Act as the compliance point-of-contact for marketing, sales, tech, and operations teams Provide clear guidance to prevent compliance issues before launch or scaling
Risk Management & Incident Response Identify compliance risks and operational gaps Lead investigation and resolution of compliance incidents Implement preventive controls to reduce future risk Escalate high-risk issues to leadership with action plans
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Bangladesh is essential
Bachelor in Law (LL.B.) is preferred
RequiredQualifications (Must-Have)
2–4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles
Strong understanding of U.S. compliance requirements (marketing, calls, data, or insurance-related preferred)
Experience working with U.S.-focused operations or international companies serving the U.S. market
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Advanced-level English proficiency (professional business communication, documentation, and reporting)
AI expertise with advanced prompting capabilities
Must be highly proficient in using and prompting AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Genspark, and Claude AI for research, documentation, compliance analysis, and workflow optimization
Ability to enforce rules in a structured, professional manner
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Performance marketing / Pay-per-call / Lead gen / Insurance experience
Familiarity with CMS, TCPA, FCC & platform compliance
Audit, SOP & compliance reporting experience
Legal / Compliance certifications (preferred)
English academic background (English / Linguistics / Business Communication)

Probation Period
3-month probation period
Performance evaluated based on compliance enforcement quality, risk prevention, documentation accuracy, and cross-team coordination.
